24/7 ELECTRICAL LIMITED: TERMS OF SERVICE & REFUND POLICY

At 24/7 Electrical Limited, we pride ourselves on being local, transparent, and fair. We don't believe in "Central London" price tags or hidden fees. To maintain our high standards and 10/10 reputation, we operate under the following clear terms.

1. FIXED PRICE GUARANTEE

* Diagnostics: Our domestic diagnostic fee is a set flat rate of £120. This covers the time and expertise required to identify the fault. It is not an hourly rate.

* Quoted Works: For fuse board upgrades and installations, we provide a fixed quote based on the information and photos provided. This price is final—what we say is what you pay.

2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

To provide a reliable service and secure your engineer’s time, we operate a 50/50 payment structure:

* 50% Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total job value is required to confirm your booking in our diary. No time slot is guaranteed until this deposit is cleared.

* 50% Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the works. Our engineers carry secure card machines for your convenience.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans change. However, as a local business, late cancellations significantly impact our schedule:

* Greater than 48 Hours’ Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund of your deposit (minus a £25 administration fee).

* Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This covers the lost time and allocation of our engineers.

* Rescheduling: We will always try to accommodate one-time rescheduling requests at no extra cost if made with more than 48 hours’ notice.

4. REFUND & RECTIFICATION POLICY

* Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with an installation, we reserve the right to attend the property and rectify the issue at our expense before any refund is considered.

* Diagnostic Fees: As diagnostics involve the professional time and expertise spent to identify a fault, the £120 diagnostic fee is non-refundable once the visit has taken place.

* Materials: If specific materials or specialized parts have been ordered for your job, these costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

5. CERTIFICATION & SAFETY

As an NICEIC Registered company, all works are carried out to the highest safety standards. Official certification and building control notifications will be issued following the successful completion of the work and receipt of the final 50% balance.
