And there was also a communal panel, which of course complicated the process a bit further. And Steve handled everything fantastically.\n\nOn top of that, Steve has been great with his communication.\n\nI think that's the most depressing element of his.\n\nWhenever I was messaging him with questions, he was always extremely responsive and getting back to me very, very quickly, sometimes even instantaneously. And that really made me very confident that I'm working with a very serious person who is a decent professional and well how to treat his clients. So the communication was excellent.
